What is EMDR?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Therapy is a unique, but highly effective therapy intervention that was created to treat trauma and PTSD, but can also be very helpful in decreasing anxiety, panic, and depression. The purpose of EMDR therapy is to decrease the emotional severity that your trauma has on you. This allows you to think about or be exposed to the memories of the trauma(s) without having a strong psychological or physiological response. Click on the video link below to learn more.
